Nurture a child’s first five years by:
- Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
- Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
- Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
- Managing operation of the school
- Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the high-quality culture for families and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with Primrose values
- Collaborate strategically with the onsite franchisee owner to uphold brand standards and elevate the school experience
- Consistently uphold all Primrose Schools brand standards, delivering a high-quality, premium experience in every classroom interaction
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for all children
- Communicate clearly and proactively with children, parents, and staff to build trust and a strong community
- Support each child’s individual learning needs while fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continuously elevate teaching quality
